Oleg...the national passenger train service in the USA is not very good. 
Amtrak is the name of the carrier.  They have a terminal in Detroit but they 
do not have a terminal in Dayton, at least not on their schedule.

The bus line from Detroit to Dayton could be Greyhound or Trailways.  Travel 
by bus can sometimes be, an adventure.  Round trip ticketing will cost about 
$60 USD or so.

I would suggest you ask if there is a Detroit area ham that might be willing 
to allow you to drive with them from Detroit to Dayton and back.  I know a 
lot of hams from that area come to Dayton every year.

Dayton has an international airport, can you fly into Dayton from Moscow 
instead of Detroit?
