Hi Gang,
I was just measuring those caps from  ebay seller mscappetta
The readings are 140-pf,270-pf and if I short the to  leads together and 
measure from there to the ground terminal I get 10-pf to  540-pf
So far with a full 10 watts with an end fed tuner I have no heating  with a 1 
full minute key down so I guess their good for a bit  more.
