Hello all,

GORC is pleased to announce that the GIC-2009 will have two awards for
our first GIC-2009 Event. The awards handed out will go to the winner
"Top Musher Award" and the "Red Lantern Award" to the last to finish the
course. These unique awards may be viewed on the link below. If any
operator makes a contact with a GIC Musher, he or she may send for a
special GIC-2009 QSL card. Although the mushers will be working their
needed countries, they may make QSOs with others, but not for points.
The spirit of the GIC is to make "friends" along the journey!
